Went there to have rear brake pads installed. Had an appointment made and then the guy behind the calendar tells me oh it's going to go multiple hours before they can get my vehicle in after I already had the appointment made and then he proceeds to ask if I have my own brake pads well no I don't. Then he said well if I go buy my own brake pads it's going to be 250. But if they have to use their brake pads it's going to be $300+ Told him. Let me go make some phone calls and I'll be back. Went 1 mi down the road. Found another shop that will do the brake pads or $100. They pulled it in right away and started working on it right away. In my opinion anybody can take their vehicles to tuffy's if they want but tuffy's is way overpriced. I went back and told the customer service rep to take me off the schedule. I found somebody cheaper and he got offended and started arguing with me

Fantastic guys! I stopped in today to get my heater looked at. I thought that I had made an appointment for this location but apparently I messed up. They were able to take a look at it and found a plugged up AC vent that was causing all the problems. They didn't charge me a dime and didn't have a problem with doing a diagnostic without an appointment.

They are truly great people Will a Bob looked at my Lincoln an instead of just doing the work a charging me let me know I need to go to a body shop first. They were very considerate of me a not charging me a letting me know they were uncertain on how to fix my car without going there first. I appreciate their honesty. Very humble and respectful place I will be back!!

Will & Bob did a great job when I dropped my car off for service, after having my vehicle shot during a drive by shooting while getting gas in Cleveland. As always, the work was high quality and the price was reasonable. The staff also gave me some other recommendations on what to look for if other part of my car is damaged from the bullet or ricochet, which was helpful. I always get quality service that I trust is done correctly at this Tuffy and all of the people I’ve worked with are genuinely good people, and are experts in what they do.

Made an appointment to have brakes and rotors done. Even brought my own parts. When I dropped the car I tried to explain to Will that I had discovered the source of the smell I was concerned about - there's black soot all over one of my hubcaps. Something must be stuck. Well Will interrupted me and didn't want to hear it. He was more interested in talking about his personal vehicle project with another customer. That's fine, I dropped the car and left. When I picked it up later I noticed as soon as I pulled off the lot that my check engine light was on. Pulled over and read the codes, there were 2 and in the 5 years I've had this car it's never thrown those codes. I went back and for the record was NOT hostile - did not raise my voice, and kept reiterating that I am just concerned about my car and want to make sure these codes are not a danger to me or the vehicle if I keep driving. Will was immediately very defensive, said he "couldn't remember" if the light was on when they worked on the car, kept repeating that it was "a fluke" and that there's no way they could have done anything. I mean I guess, yeah, coincidences happen. But my concern was having these 2 codes on my car and c
